regular maintenance plans do you offer? |

We have several packages reflecting the level
of cover required to suit the type and age of your water softener.
You can choose ad-hoc servicing on a "call us when you need us"
basis through to the comprehensive cover recommended to help keep
an older softener working at peak efficiency.
ServiceCare cover offers a routine annual
service for your water softener by one of our experienced engineers
at a lower price than our ad-hoc service charge. It offers peace of
mind, and keeps your water softener running at peak efficiency. Any
parts required are charged at our standard list prices. The cost is
£54.00 payable annually by direct debit.
ServiceCare
Plus customers enjoy all the benefits of the ServiceCare plan above
but also included is the additional benefit of a free callout in
the event of a breakdown or malfunction. In addition, the annual
charge includes any replacement parts that may be required. ServiceCare
Plus is suitable for most domestic water softeners upto 8 years
old. The cost is £75.00 payable annually be direect debit.
ServiceCare
Extra is based on our popular ServiceCare plan, but is tailored
to the needs of the older softener. We recognise as a machine gets
older, extra care and attention is needed to keep it working efficiently.
ServiceCare Extra customers also acrue a valuable discount towards
a new softener when the time comes for a replacement. We offer ServiceCare
Extra to customers whose softeners are between 8 and 15 years old.
The cost is £90.00 payable annually by direct debit.
