Greens Water Systems is a
growing family firm, based in the Doddington Road Industrial Estate
in Lincoln UK. We offer products and services to enhance the quality
of water in homes and businesses. We are primarily concerned with
sales, installation and after sales care of Water Softeners, Drinking
Water Filter Systems and Coolers. If you're interested in joining

Customer Service Agents (Part Time 16 hours per week)
You'll be keeping in touch with our customers
my mail, email and telephone, processing orders, booking home visits
and maintaining customer records. An excellent telephone manner,
good communication skills and some basic computer experience are
prerequisites for this position. Our four hour shifts may include
afternoons, early evening and Saturday mornings. We can offer some
flexibility to accomodate existing commitments.
Customer Service Supervisor (Part Time 16 hours per week)
Ideally, you'll have experience of managing a small team and be
familiar with CRM (contact management) systems and their application
in offering timely and efficient service to a largely domestic customer
base. Reporting to the MD, you'll be pivitol in the development
and deployment of new procedures and be responsible for the overall
smooth running of our customer services function.
