Jeremy
Heath
Jeremy is the Founder and Managing Director. As well as overseeing
the management of the business, Jeremy has a very practical "hands
on" approach, frequently involved in day to day operational issues.
He's always available as a contact point for both customers and suppliers.
Product development falls under his remit, with particular emphasis
on Drinking Water Systems technology, which is complimented by his
background in environmental issues and complimentary healthcare. Jeremy's
priority is to ensure we do everything possible to ensure we exceed
our customer's expectations. In his increasing scarce spare time,
Jeremy is studying for an MBA degree at the University of Lincoln.
Keith
Keith's Glasgwegian accent instantly reveals his roots north of
the border. After a career in the security industry, Keith joined
us as a delivery driver. We quickly found he was able to establish
a friendly rapport with his regular customers, which led to him
becoming involved in servicing and repair work as well. Since then
his logical approach to fault finding and general technical expertise
has enabled him to excel in all aspects of maintenance of the systems
we supply. Keith handles most of our workshop based repair work
and does field service visits throughout Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire
and the East Riding. He manages to balance his busy work schedule
with the challenges of his involvement in a local detachment of
the Army Cadet Force.
Andrew Brumpton
Andrew looks after stock control and deals with routine purchasing,
as well as liasing with customers by phone. He is in charge of assembly
and testing of all the products under our own brands, as well as
more specialised built plant. He excels in explaining the more technical
aspects of our products to customers by phone, and is a resource
of information on specialist water filter cartridges. He has complete
NVQ's in Information Technology levels 1 & 2, Administration
level 1, Keyskills and Retail at level 2. Andrew modestly regards
himself as "the best fork lift truck driver in the world".
Lee Mawer
On the trade counter, in the showroom or warehouse the chances are
you'll find Lee busy assembling and testing products, packing orders
or liasing with customers. Lee looks after our busy despatch department
to make sure your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Lee has already completed a Information Communication Technology
Level 2 course and his most recent achievement is attaining an NVQ
Level 2 in Warehousing and Dispatch through the Modern Apprenticeship
Scheme. His confident approach, and friendly outgoing manner (not
to mention a wicked sense of humour) means there's never a dull
moment .
Lesley Smith
When you phone to place an order or book a service call, there's
a good chance you'll hear Lesley's cheerful voice. She looks after
the sales ledger accounts, with order processing being a primary
function. Originally from Kent, Lesley has risen to the challenge
of adapting from her previous job in a residential care home to
an administrative role in our busy sales office. She's recently
completed her ECDL qualification and gained a Distinction for her
Sage Accounts qualification.
Bob Bates
Bob is responsible for our Field Operations, the installation, plumbing
and service work we do at customers premises, both residential and
commercial, within about a 50 mile radius of our base in Lincoln.
His wealth of experience in the plumbing and electrical fields means
he's ideally placed to do our site surveys and quotations. Although
he wouldn't primarily consider himself a salesman, he's able to
convey the benefits of the "quality water lifestyle" in
a friendly, relaxed way whilst ensuring the important technical
aspects of the installation plan enable our customers to get the
maximum benefit from our products. A keen motorcyclist, although
more of the classic than the "boy racer" brigade. He modestly
counts "playing guitar" among his interests. The fact
is he's an extremely accomplished and experienced bass guitarist
and has played for many years in a semi-professional capacity.
Demetrius (Demi) Wotke
Demi's steady manner makes him a reliable and conscientious delivery
driver So far, he's mainly been involved in helping with salt deliveries
both to domestic and commercial accounts. He's recently completed
training for driving our counterbalance forklift and looks forward
to tackling a wider variety of work as his ability and experience
grows.
Melvyn Dando
Although
new to our industry, Melvyn has an excellent technical background
and has already tackled some tricky installation work and excelled
at fault finding on electro-mechanical domestic water softeners.
Melvyn's appointment has further strengthen our installation and
service capability throughout Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and
East Yorkshire. His quiet, yet friendly personality coupled with
quality workmanship and attention to detail means he's exactly
the kind of tradesman you feel happy about inviting into your home.
Claire Harrison
We've
know Claire for years in her previous role working for one of our
suppliers in the transport industry. A chance conversation revealed
the opportunity for her to join us in an Accounts / Business Administration
role. Her no-nonsense approach and "finished that, what's next?"
attitude suit her role perfectly. Transport and Logistics also fall
under Claire's remit, leveraging her previous experience in the
parcels and freight transport industry. So if you need to know when
your order will arrive, Claire's the person to speak to!
Abi Brundell
In the final stages of her Management degree at the University of
Lincoln and with supervisory experience with a major department
store, Abi brings a unique fresh perspective to our business. She
has special interests in business strategies, marketing and HR.
The energy and enthusiasm she brings to projects has already become
her trademark as she becomes involved in a diverse range of business
activities. She's quickly become a pivotal member of our team.
Karen Ashbridge
Although not strictly an employee, Karens efforts behind the scenes
are vital to help ensure a safe, hygienic working environment for
us all and a clean, welcoming atmosphere for our customers. When
not working, or out cycling, Karen enjoys jetting off to explore
beautiful cities and other destinations in europe.
